Die Eyewear Checkliste
Herbst bedeutet für die meisten Berufstätigen nicht nur den Mantel aus dem Schrank zu holen und regenfestes Schuhwerk anzuziehen, sondern auch sehr viele geschäftliche Termine auf der Agenda. Aus diesem Grund habe ich mich in meiner aktuellen Kolumne für das DOZ ganz dem Thema „Business Trip – Eyewear Checkliste“ gewidmet. Nach einer erholsamen Sommerpause wächst die ToDo Liste täglich weiter und Besprechungen und Business Trips gehören zum beruflichen Alltag dazu. Jeder der sich schon einmal auf eine Geschäftsreise begeben hat weiß, dass eine Checkliste eine unglaublich große Hilfe darstellt und den gesamten Business-Trip weniger Stress bereitet. Damit man sich auf die Arbeit und somit das Wesentliche konzentrieren kann, müssen alle wichtigen Dinge dabei sein. Brillenträger benötigen ein paar Zusatzpunkte auf der Checkliste, die auf keinen Fall vergessen werden dürfen.
Das Gefühl etwas zu vergessen haben, bohrt sich bei einer Reise immer wieder in den Kopf. Und ein kleines Detail, wie zum Beispiel das Handyladekabel, kann den gesamten Terminplan durcheinander bringen und zusätzlicher Stress und Adrenalin Ausstoß ist vorprogrammiert. Aus diesem Grund möchte ich euch dabei helfen, dass die nächste Reise gut vorbereitet starten können.
1. Die perfekte Businesstasche
Das Um-und-Auf eines jeden Businesstrips ist die perfekte Businesstasche. Ob für Männer oder Frauen, die Tasche sollte unbedingt groß genug sein und mindestens Platz für DIN A4 große Unterlagen bieten. Taschen die man über die Schulter, Crossbody oder als Rucksack tragen kann, sind dafür bestens geeignet.
2. Das Organisationstalent: Tech Case
Habt Ihr schon einmal etwas von einem Tech Case gehört? Für Personen die viel Reisen ist das Tech Case ein absolutes Muss. In nur einer Tasche sind Ladekabel fürs Handy und den Laptop, Kopfhörer, Speicherkarten und Co verstaut. Praktisch, einfach und organisiert.
3. Das richtige Brillen Case
Was darf neben all den technischen Geräten nicht fehlen? Natürlich der Komfort für perfektes Sehen. Als Brillenträger benötigt man zumindest eine Brille und möchte eventuell auch gerne bei schönem Wetter auf eine Sonnenbrille zurückgreifen. Um Platz zu sparen, rate ich dabei zu einem Brillenetui, das Platz für zwei oder mehrere Brillen bietet. Somit sind alle Brillen in einem Case geordnet und auf einem Blick ist ersichtlich, ob tatsächlich alle benötigten Sehhilfen eingepackt sind. Unbedingt im Vorhinein auch kontrollieren, ob ein sauberes Mikrofasertuch im Etui vorhanden ist.
4. Gut verpackt im Kontaktlinsencase
Mit Kontaktlinsen zu verreisen ist eigentlich sehr angenehm. Doch würde man zum Beispiel das Pflegemittel für die Kontaktlinsen vergessen, könnte dies in einem ziemlichen Dilemma enden. Für diesen Fall rate ich, immer ein fixfertig gepacktes Pflegeset für Kontaktlinsen bereit zu halten. In diesem Pflegeset sollten sich alle notwendigen Mittel für die Reinigung befinden und unbedingt auch Ersatz-Kontaktlinsen. Denn schnell kann sich mal Schmutz oder Staub unter der Kontaktlinse befinden und schnelles Handeln ist notwendig. Im Kontaktlinsencase können auch zusätzliche Artikel wie ein Augenspray oder Augentropfen mitgeführt werden. Dadurch kann der Tragekomfort vor allem auch bei Flugreisen erhöht werden. Zu beachten ist, dass bei allen Pflegeprodukten die Reisegrößen eingehalten werden.
Pack – Pack – Go

The Eyewear Checklist
For most business people, autumn means not only getting the coat out of the wardrobe and putting on rain-proof footwear, but also a lot of business appointments on the agenda. For this reason, I wrote in my current column for DOZ, about the necessary things for a business trip including a „Business Trip – Eyewear Checklist“. After a relaxing summer, the ToDo list continues to grow daily and meetings and business trips are part of everyday work. Everyone who has already gone on a business trip knows that a checklist is an incredibly great help and that the entire business trip is less stressful. To be able to focus on the work and the essential, all important things must be there. If you are wearing glasses you need a few additional points on the checklist, which should not be forgotten in any case.
The feeling of -forgetting something- you always have in mind during traveling. And a small detail such as the mobile charger can make the entire schedule chaotic, additional stressful and some adrenaline output is pre-programmed. For this reason, I would like to help you start the next trip well prepared.
1. The perfect business bag
The most important thing on every business trip is the perfect business bag. Whether for men or women, the bag should be large enough and at least provide space for DIN A4 large documents. Bags which can be worn over the shoulder, crossbody or as a backpack are very suitable in this case.
2. The organisation talent: Tech Case
Have you ever heard of a tech case? For people who travel a lot, the Tech Case is an absolute must have. In just one case are charging cables for the mobile phone and laptop, headphones, memory cards and other things stowed. Practical, simple and organized.
3. The right spectacle case
What shouldn’t be missed in addition to all the technical devices? Naturally the comfort for perfect seeing. As a spectacle wearer you need at least a pair of glasses and probably would like to have a nice sunglasses also included. In order to save space, I advise you to a spectacle case, which provides space for two or more glasses. Whit that all glasses are arranged in a case and at a glance it can be seen whether all needed visual aids are packed. Be sure to check in advance that a clean microfiber cloth is available in the case.
4. Well packed in contact lenses case
Traveling with contact lenses is actually very pleasant. However, if something is forgotten, for example the care products for contact lenses, this could end up in a dilemma. In this case, I advise you to always keep a ready-to-go care kit for contact lenses. In the care kit all necessary cleaning products should be available and also replacement contact lenses. Because if dirt or dust gets under the contact lens quickly a fast act is necessary. In the contact lenses case additional articles such as an eye spray or eye drops can also be carried along. As a result, the wearing comfort can be increased mainly for flight travels. Please take attention that all care products have the right travel size.
